Rapper Fabolous got arrested Wednesday night for allegedly assaulting his baby mama Emily B from Love and Hip Hop .
Fab turned himself in to Englewood, NJ Police after Emily contacted police saying Fab hit her.
Instead of spending time in jail, the cops cited him and gave him a ticket to appear in court.
