Comedian Artie Lange formerly of the Howard Stern Show, appears before Superior Court Judge Nancy Sivilli in Newark for a probation violation. Lange is serving four years of probation after pleading guilty to heroin possession this past June. Sivilli ordered Lange’s attorney to make an application to drug court for his client. If Lange is not accepted into the program, he will again face a jail sentence.
