A teacher who was fired after she was caught kicking a 5-year-old girl on surveillance video at a Kansas elementary school is now facing legal action. Crystal Smith was seen on video yanking the child out of a bookshelf in the library at Bluejacket-Flint Elementary School, where the girl was lying. Smith then walks away, but returns to the child still on the ground. She then can be seen waiting until another staff member turns away before she kick the child in the back.
