DMX is headed back to jail for a year after pleading guilty to tax evasion – The rapper expressed his sadness and told the judge he was too old to keep going down the wrong path. He also admitted he hasn’t been thinking clearly.
The judge handed him 1 year to serve with 3 years of supervised release.
During X’s sentencing, his attorney Murray Richman played DMX music video for “Slippin” to show him how hard X life has been.
DMX entered into a plea deal for tax evasion to avoid 44 years incarcerated.
