A Louisville man was arrested Tuesday after police said he kidnapped a juvenile from a West Louisville Kroger and pointed a BB gun at the victim’s head and bystanders.
Fabao Chen, 58, was charged with kidnapping a minor and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, according to online court records.
According to an arrest citation, Chen took the juvenile victim “against his will” from the Kroger at 27th Street and Broadway Tuesday afternoon.
When passersby tried to intervene, Chen allegedly pulled a black handgun out of his pants and pointed it at them.
Chen then pointed the gun at the victim’s head and took him to the Double Dragon restaurant at 2600 W. Broadway, according to police.
